T-ball is a great sport for youth to learn about teamwork as they become introduced to a sport they may play for many years to come. In addition to physical benefits, t-ball helps build self-esteem & coordination in children. T-ball is entry level sport that introduces children, both boys & girls, to baseball & softball. Intro to T-Ball for ages 3-4 and T-Ball for ages 5-6
